Moiety Thoughts:
- Untraditional relationships welcome, and encouraged
- Also happy to have any untraditional aspects normalised instead of dealing with with, say, different sex/gender ratios if you don't find that engaging
- Happy to have any aunts/uncles included - and in cases with my requested ship including siblings, to have them substituted by someone else in the main marriage and brought in as aunt/uncle instead.
- So, Akai/Akemi - they should share a moiety since their mothers are sisters. I am happy for them to decide that they're fine with a nontraditional relationship from the beginning, but also yay for shenanigans! I could see Akai pretending to have a different moiety as part of his fake identity, and that is the safest choice, or playing honeypot for multiple people in the organisation. Jodie undercover too? Would be marvellous
- Furuya's different identities having different moieties sometimes is a big yes for me
- Also, the idea of Furuya just picking one for himself is far too amusing to me. I don't think we have any information on how early he was orphaned? So I am absolutely thinking about that information just getting lost; and about what it means to be a mother and maybe him just going with Elena-san is my mother figure, so there's that
- And in general, there is something to be said for the sort of people who are a part of the organisation and how alright they might be with breaking societal norms, or, conversely, which societal norms they might be opposed to breaking

Sedoretu being common in NV but not outside of it is, of course, also neat. Just thinking of how a person with no moiety might be fitted, or the government just assigning him one, or him trying to pick...

- Board assigned marriage. That is my only thought. Stellar Firma being among those (or the only place) practicing sedoretu, and IMOGEN picking appropriate partners for everyone and dealing with political marriages. I like the idea of clones vs humans divide being codified differently via moieties, and how that changes (or doesn't) the relationships between them and treatment of clones. It might also be fun to have the requirement of two clones and two humans instead of two men and two women. But arbitrary assignment is OK with me too
- very interested in how a clone might be assigned a moiety, since they don't have a mother as such (other than IMOGEN XD)
