Update to Posting Guidelines

After getting some feedback, I've updated the posting guidelines to indicate that it's no longer required to delete all posts for a given event. Some posters find it a little more intimidating to post in what looks like an empty comm, and the community looks less active than it is when things get deleted.
Moving forward, if you already have a post up for the current round of your exchange, please delete that old post before making another. However, you don't need to delete the last such post for that round.
Put differently, I won't leave more than one post up for the 2023 round of Fandom5K at a given time. However, it's fine to leave the last post from Fandom5K 2022 up indefinitely. (Except that I've already deleted that, so not the best example. :D)
I'm always open to suggestions to make this community more useful! Please also do feel free to share a link anywhere you'd like. We're up to 184 subscribers!
